Delivery Policy

Purchase orders usually ship within 3 business days as long as they are in stock. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday. We only issue refunds if there is an error on our part. After purchasing our products, our customers can wait for the tracking number which is usually sent by email within a few days. The user who purchases is responsible for any failed deliveries, if the shipping courier has attempted to deliver the package to the correct address. We do not accept returns on cold chain items unless they are damaged upon delivery.

Return terms

We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That's why we offer a 14-days return policy. The refund does not include international shipping costs which are always paid by the buyer.

No refunds will be honored if the product (s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage suffered during transportation) unless the product is defective. Returns can only be honored if the product (s) are returned intact.

Please note that after placing an order and refusing to accept delivery of that order from the local post office, courier, border control or customs, no refund will be issued following the return of the goods.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT AND REQUEST A "CUSTOMER RETURN FORM". A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT CORRECT AUTHORIZATION BY ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS.
